Change Management

Change is inevitable in today's economy. Whether it be market dynamics, technological disruption or advancement, mergers and acquisitions, or organizational stressors, organizational change management will always be necessary because it deals with a single fact: how people adjust to change.
AN INTEGRATED APPROACH TO CHANGE
Change Management

The Only Constant is Change.

Much like life, the only constant in business is change. Shifting consumer behavior, technological disruption, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate pain points all require organizational change management programs to address one fundamental truth: people find comfort in the familiar and have an aversion to changing how they go about their day-to-day operations. Addressing how people adjust to change in a meaningful, incentivizing, and human way, lies at the heart of all effective change management programs. Our team has decades of experience in structuring, facilitating, and assisting with change programs, both in Hawai‘i and on the mainland. We have developed a proprietary methodology that we believe applies equally well across different cultures and communities.

Change Leadership

Change cannot happen unless adequate change leadership exists. Organizations need leaders to be the backbone, models and champions of change, to establish confidence and belief in the change. Our team can assist you and your organization in identifying, developing, and facilitating change leadership.

Change Strategy

Strategy is how you accomplish what is necessary in the circumstances you find yourself. The change strategy includes a statement of the diagnosis, the strategy, overarching goals (preferably one to three overarching organizational goals), the objectives required to achieve the goals in various units, and the major actions required to achieve the objectives.

Change Communication

Change communication is critical for reinforcing, informing, and directing the change effort. The establishment of communication plans, messages, and communication vehicles are commonly used. We have found it more effective to customize the communication to the organization.

We understand what we're asking for and why. Our engagement teams are staffed with experienced professionals who know how to drive the process. What now separates one audit firm from another is not rooted in traditional CPA expertise that provides technical textbook answers. Rather, expertise necessitates context. In today’s world, auditors need to understand the operating environments of the auditees' businesses, to balance and integrate technical textbook requirements with real-world business implications.
